I am retired…a person in pursuit of the next wave of my life. When I retired I paused and took a breath and saw that God had woven a tapestry of my successes, failures, hopes, missed opportunities and dreams. Through this tapestry, God has built a strong spiritual muscle in my life and I am being called to soul work. So, I am not focusing on winding down…but rather on who I will become. As I approached the dawning of this second half of life, I realized that God does not just call the young to the adventure of living. Rather, at this stage he is calling me on an adventure that will extend beyond my lifetime…to eternity. I call the adventure – Northfield.
